Der Wellness/Spa Bereich wirkt etwas mehr nach Hallenbad aber die Leute dort waren sehr hilfsbereit und ich hatte kurzen aber erholsamen Spaß. "An excellent hotel, we were sad that we weren't staying longer and plan to return. The hotel itself is beautiful, with historical pictures of Zakopane adding to the charm. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All members of staff we encountered on reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
